About the Event

October in South Africa marks both Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Mental Health Awareness Month. Rather than treating these in isolation, the Health & Lifestyle Expo brings them together under one roof at Centurion Mall — alongside everything required to live a balanced, full, and secure life.
